All private training institutions offering courses of 50 or more instructional hours are required by law to be registered by the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour. Presently, there are a number of institutions offering a wide variety of programs both on a user-pay and sponsored basis.
Private institutions are governed by the Private Training Institutions Act and Regulations . Programs offered by private institutions are approved by the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour.
